Boards that pass fabrication the first time
We turn your schematic — or ours — into a clean, manufacturable PCB layout, with the stack-up, routing and documentation your fabricator and assembler need.
PCB Design & Layout, done properly
Multi-layer layout
2 to 8 layer boards with a stack-up chosen for your signals, current and cost — from compact sensor boards to dense controller boards.
Mixed-signal & high-speed
Careful separation of analog, digital and power domains; controlled-impedance routing for USB, Ethernet and memory interfaces.
Power & industrial I/O
Copper sized for current, clean grounding, isolation for RS-485 and field I/O, and protection on every connector that leaves the enclosure.
Design for manufacture
DFM and DFA review against your fabricator's capabilities, panelisation, fiducials and test points for assembly and production testing.
A clear process, with check-ins at every step
- 1
Review
We review the schematic, mechanical outline, connectors and constraints with you.
- 2
Placement
Component placement is agreed first, so the enclosure and thermal design work.
- 3
Routing
Critical nets are routed first, then power, then everything else.
- 4
Checks
DRC, DFM and a peer review before anything is sent out.
- 5
Release
Fabrication package delivered, and we support you through the first build.
What you get at the end
- Gerber / ODB++ fabrication files
- Bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers
- Pick-and-place and assembly drawings
- Stack-up and impedance notes
- 3D model (STEP) for enclosure fit-check
- Native ECAD project files
Tools we work with
- KiCad / Altium-style ECAD
- 2–8 layer boards
- High-speed & mixed-signal layout
- Controlled impedance
- DFM / DFA review
- Gerbers, BOM, pick-and-place
- Panelisation
- STEP 3D export

Questions about pcb design & layout
Can you lay out a board from our existing schematic?+
Yes. Share the schematic, the mechanical outline and any constraints, and we will quote the layout. We can also review the schematic before we start.
Do you also arrange fabrication and assembly?+
We prepare complete fabrication and assembly files and can coordinate prototype builds with fabrication and assembly partners on your behalf.
Who owns the design files?+
You do. On a paid project, all design files and outputs are handed over to you.
