We engineer electronics, from PCB to cloud.

SensorLoop is an embedded engineering company in India. We design hardware and PCBs, write firmware and embedded Linux software, build the apps and dashboards around them — and make our own Industrial IoT products like the ModbusSudo gateway.

How we build products

From idea to a product on your shelf

Every stage is handled by the same engineers, so what's designed on the schematic is exactly what the firmware and app expect.

ModbusSudo — an IIoT gateway we designed end to end

Our engineers built ModbusSudo from the schematic up: hardware, PCB, firmware and the cloud platform. It reads data from any Modbus device and shows it live on the SensorLoop portal.

  • Modbus RTU (RS-485) & Modbus TCP
  • Multiple slave devices per gateway
  • 9–36 V DC industrial power input
  • WiFi & Ethernet, optional 4G / LoRa
  • Local buffering when the network drops
  • Live dashboards, alerts & reports
Use case · ModbusSudo in action

Live TDS monitoring for water and RO plants

A TDS sensor on the RO outlet talks Modbus over RS-485. ModbusSudo reads it every few seconds and the operator sees TDS, pH and flow on their phone — with an alert the moment water crosses the BIS limit.

  1. STEP 01

    TDS / pH sensor

Installed on the tank or RO outlet, connected over RS-485.

  2. STEP 02

    ModbusSudo gateway

Reads the sensor, buffers data and sends it securely to the cloud.

  3. STEP 03

    SensorLoop portal

Live values, trends, daily compliance % and reports.

  4. STEP 04

    Instant alerts

WhatsApp, SMS or email when TDS or pH goes out of range.

Why SensorLoop

An engineering partner, not just a vendor

One team, full stack

Hardware, firmware, Linux, apps and cloud engineers working on the same product.

We ship our own products

ModbusSudo runs in the field, so we design for real-world reliability, not demos.

Clean handover

Schematics, PCB files, BOM, source code and documentation delivered as agreed.

Local, responsive support

Based in Gujarat with on-site visits, quick replies and support after launch.

FAQ

Common questions before a project starts

Share your idea or existing design — we'll reply with a plan, timeline and estimate.

Can you take a product from idea to production?+

Yes. We handle requirements, hardware and schematic design, PCB layout, firmware or embedded Linux, the app or cloud dashboard, prototypes and testing — and support you through small-batch production. You can also hire us for just one part.

Do you work on existing designs?+

Yes. We take over existing boards and code: fixing bugs, redesigning around obsolete or costly components, adding connectivity, or porting firmware to a new microcontroller.

Who owns the design files and source code?+

For client projects the agreed deliverables — schematics, PCB files, BOM, source code and documentation — are handed over to you as defined in the project agreement. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share details.

What is ModbusSudo and how does it relate to your services?+

ModbusSudo is our own Industrial IoT gateway, designed in-house end to end — hardware, PCB, firmware and cloud platform. It is both a product you can buy and a working example of what our engineering team builds.

Have a product idea or a board that needs work?

Tell us what you're building. We'll suggest the right approach — from a quick design review to a complete product — with a clear estimate.
