Pay for the number of devices you connect
The base price includes one slave device. After three slaves, each additional device adds just ₹1,000.

What's included, and what isn't
What does one “slave” mean?+
A slave is one Modbus device the gateway reads — for example one energy meter, one TDS analyser, one VFD or one PLC. A single gateway can read several slaves on the same RS-485 line or network.
Is the dashboard included or is there a monthly subscription?+
Dashboard, alerts and report setup are included in the one-time setup cost. After the first year of free support, the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is ₹6,000 per year.
Are meters and sensors included?+
No. The price covers the ModbusSudo gateway. If you do not already have Modbus meters or sensors, we can recommend and supply suitable ones on a separate quote.
Do prices include GST?+
No. All prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged as applicable. Travel for sites outside our service area may be extra.
What is not covered under AMC?+
AMC covers remote support, software updates and troubleshooting. Spare parts and physical damage are charged separately.
Need custom hardware, firmware or software?
These prices are for the ModbusSudo product. Embedded engineering services — PCB design, hardware, firmware, embedded Linux and application development — are quoted per project.
