About SensorLoop

Embedded engineering and Industrial IoT, under one roof

SensorLoop is an engineering company in Gujarat, India. We design electronics, write the firmware and software that runs on them, and connect them to the cloud — for product companies building new devices and for industries that want to see their machines live.

ModbusSudo: our own engineering, in the field

ModbusSudo is the Industrial IoT gateway we designed in-house — hardware, PCB, firmware, cloud platform and dashboards. It is the same process and the same team we bring to client projects.

  • Hardware and PCB designed for 9–36 V DC industrial supplies
  • Firmware reading Modbus RTU / TCP devices with local buffering
  • WiFi, Ethernet, optional 4G and LoRa connectivity
  • Cloud platform with live dashboards, WhatsApp alerts and reports
  • Running real use cases such as water quality (TDS) and energy monitoring
How we work

Principles behind every project

One team, schematic to cloud

Hardware, firmware, Linux and software engineers work on the same project, so the board, the code and the dashboard fit together from day one.

Prototype to production

We don't stop at a working prototype. We plan for manufacturing, testing and small-batch builds, and support you after launch.

Documentation & handover

Schematics, layout files, source code and build instructions are documented and handed over, so you own what we build for you.

Transparent communication

Clear milestones, regular demos and honest updates on risks and timelines — no surprises at the end of the project.

Based in Gujarat, working across India

We work with product teams remotely and visit plants on site for installation, testing and commissioning.

Have a product idea or a plant to connect?

Share your requirements — a rough sketch is enough. We'll suggest an approach, a timeline and the right mix of hardware, firmware and software.
