What we do

Hardware Design, done properly

01

System architecture

We choose the processor, radios, sensors and power architecture that meet your cost, size and battery-life targets.

02

Schematic design

Clean, reviewed schematics with design notes, so anyone can understand and maintain the design later.

03

Component selection & sourcing

Parts chosen for availability in India, second sources and lifecycle — not just the datasheet.

04

Industrial interfaces

RS-485, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, digital I/O and relay outputs, with the protection and isolation field wiring needs.

05

Power supply design

Wide-input DC, battery and solar-powered designs with efficient regulators and proper protection.

06

Prototype, bring-up & test

We build, power up and test the first boards, fix what we find and hand you a working prototype.

How we work

A clear process, with check-ins at every step

  1. 1

    Requirements

What the product must do, where it will be used and what it may cost.

  2. 2

    Architecture

Block diagram, key parts and power budget, agreed before detailed design.

  3. 3

    Schematic

Detailed design with peer review and a costed BOM.

  4. 4

    Prototype

Layout, fabrication and assembly of the first boards.

  5. 5

    Bring-up

Power-up, testing and fixes, then a revision if needed.

FAQ

Questions about hardware design

We only have an idea. Can you start from there?+

Yes. We start with a short requirements discussion, then propose an architecture and a costed plan before any detailed design work.

Can you redesign an existing board to reduce cost or replace obsolete parts?+

Yes. We review the existing design, suggest alternatives and redesign the affected sections while keeping it compatible where possible.

Do you help with certification?+

We design with EMC and safety requirements in mind and prepare the documentation test labs ask for. Testing itself is done at an accredited lab.

Have a product idea or a board that needs work?

Share your requirement, drawing or existing design. We'll reply with questions, a plan and an estimate.
